Make-Up Classes

Make-up classes must be requested by submitting the form below. Please allow 36 hours for your request to be processed. Once scheduled, you will receive an email notification with your make-up date.

Each student is limited to 2 makeup classes during school year semesters, and 1 makeup class during a summer session. Make-up classes can only be granted during the semester or session in which the absence occurred, but are NOT permitted during the last week of a school year semester.

For summer sessions, a make-up class will be allowed during add-on week.  Make-ups will be granted based on availability in the requested class.

Please note that make-up classes may also be scheduled in advance of an anticipated missed class.

Payment Policies

Payment will be processed in full once your registration is submitted. A payment schedule can be arranged by contacting the office via email, but full payment must be collected on or before the first day of class.

Registration Policy

Registration will open a minimum of 4 weeks before the beginning of a new semester, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refunds

For New Students: Full refunds are available up to 24 hours after the second class of the semester, if you decide that our ninja program is not right for you.

For Returning Students: Class fees are non-refundable once the semester has begun.

Special circumstances requests for refunds from new or returning students will be handled on a case by case basis.

Discounts & Promotions

Seasonal and promotional discounts will be available from time to time. Check Instagram, Facebook, and our website for special promotions and offers.

Pro-rated Fees

Tuition will be prorated accordingly for late registration.

Returned Checks

A $40 fee will be charged to your account for any returned checks.

Class Cancellations

We will notify you via email for any class cancellations for inclement weather or other event. Information will also be posted on the website and socials. Either class will be rescheduled or an additional make-up class may be scheduled. If a closing occurs within the last 2 weeks of a semester, a make-up class may be carried over to the next semester.

Ninja Required Attire

  • Shorts, sweatpants, athletic pants, with T-shirt or tank top.
  • Sneakers only, preferably soft rubber bottom soles with minimal tread. No one is admitted on the ninja floor without sneakers.
  • Sneakers must have laces; no slip ons.
  • Long hair must be tied back.
  • No jewelry.

Recommended Ninja Footwear:  New Balance Zante or Tempo sneakers.

Other Gym Rules

  • No parents or guests are allowed on the gym floor/matted area, except by invitation. Please speak to the office staff if you have any issues.
  • No gum chewing is allowed in the gym area.
  • No food or beverages are allowed in the gym area.
  • “Boo-boo’s” must be completely covered by bandages.

Cleaning Policy & Safety Protocols

  • We are in 100% compliance of New York State regulations and requirements.
  • Complete disinfection and thorough cleaning of the entire facility and all equipment is completed in between classes.
  • Capacity limits will be set to comply with state regulations.
  • Coaches must wear facemasks, classes are designed for the need for spotting to be minimal.
  • Physical distancing is maintained during class, as class is conducted in rotating stations.
  • Spectators are limited to one per athlete. All spectators must wear facemasks.
  • Separate entrances / exits will be used when possible.
  • No water fountain is currently available, please bring your own water.
