Ninja Warrior Training in New York City!

All Levels are Welcome: Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced

For every experience level, Real Life Ninja Academy NYC’s unique programs are designed to help ninja athletes achieve their full potential. Ninjas will learn new skills and techniques for climbing, swinging, agility, balance, and strength. New obstacles are presented every week, with the eventual goal of conquering an entire course. Advanced athletes can develop their skills with challenging obstacles as they prepare for competition. Obstacles are designed by Season 11 Champion, Drew Drechsel, and many mimic the movement and strategy of those on American Ninja Warrior.

Open to Adults 15 – 65

Monday through Saturday 7:30 – 9:30pm

The program teaches participants how to overcome ninja warrior obstacles by analyzing, approaching, and eventually conquering obstacles one by one. Ninjas will learn new skills and techniques for climbing, swinging, agility, balance, and strength, and will learn to propel themselves from one point to another, eventually conquering an entire obstacle course. Approaching a new obstacle requires discipline, risk-taking, and creativity. Not only is ninja warrior training a thrilling physical challenge at all skills levels, it’s also a mental challenge, and an innovative approach to setting, achieving, and surpassing personal goals.

REQUIRED ATTIRE

  • Shorts, sweatpants, athletic pants of any kind, with T-shirt or tank top.
  • Sneakers only, preferably soft rubber bottom soles with minimal tread. No one is allowed on the ninja mats without sneakers.
  • Sneakers must have laces; no slip ons.
  • Long hair must be tied back.
  • No jewelry.

Recommended Ninja Footwear:  New Balance Zante or Tempo sneakers.
